JUNIOR COACHING

The first term of 2026 is now available to book on Payzone  (in the box at the top ‘All’, select  Coaching - Juniors Term 2) – Schedule attached.

MIXED DOUBLES TURKEY TOURNAMENT- SUNDAY DECEMBER 7th

Despite the weather the turkey tournament went ahead last Sunday. Each team managed to get 2 rounds played before the downpour.   As every year, it was a great social event, we even managed to munch on the gorgeous food and keep warm with the mulled wine throughout the afternoon.  Many thanks to everyone who brought a plate of goodies, the food was amazing.

The awards & raffle wouldn’t have happened without our two amazing helpers – Elodie O’Toole and Alannah Conway… you were both fantastic help and really great at your jobs, thank you so much

As it was our last tournament of 2026, Colette and Dermot want to thank the events committee (led by Aoife O’Shea, & Bronwyn Stapleton, with Evelyn Ging, Emily Kelly, Elaine O’Toole, Genevieve Conway, Anne Considine and Carole Curtin) for all their incredible hard work, their commitment to planning & organising the events, along with  being a lot of fun.  We have really enjoyed working with you all, you have made us look so good over the last year.

                                                                                    LADIES EVENTS

WINTER BOX CHALLENGE

The box challenge will be closing next Sunday December 14th and winners will be announced next week.    The very best of luck to all in your last few games.

LADIES WINTER LEAGUE

The winter league teams will be on the notice board early next week so stay tuned.  It starts on Sunday January 25th in the afternoon.  There will be further follow-up on coaching as we prepare for a great campaign.

LADIES MORNING

The Wednesday Ladies Mornings will restart on the 14th January.

 Finally the ladies morning tennis committee Carole, Elaine, Jo, Jane and Breege would like to thank you ladies for the support you gave to us throughout the year.

                                                                             MEN’S EVENTS

MEN’S MORNING – Sunday Mornings

Men’s Morning will be at the usual time of 10am to 12 noon this week. 

Do come along for tennis, coffee and chats.

MEN’s WINTER LEAGUE

A reminder that 2026 Winter League starts 25th January.   This will run over 5 Sunday mornings before playoffs etc.

Sign up sheet is in the club foyer.

                                                                                    CLUB NIGHT

Come and join us for Club Night tonight - any time between 8pm and 10pm.  Stephen will kick things off with some fun drills/games at 8pm.
