UPDATE FROM STEPHEN

News from the ITF Men's Tour where Conor Gannon is now featuring.

He won two matches to qualify for the main draw in the ITF event in Ljubljana, Slovenia last week, but was unlucky to draw the number 1 seed in the first round and went down 7/6  6/3.

This week he is in Serbia and won his main draw first round match yesterday. He plays his second round match this morning.

Great to see Conor fly the flag for Ireland and Monkstown on the full time professional circuit.

On the home front the  Bray Junior Tour 500 Open is the event this week where a number of our juniors entered.

Charlie Carney plays in the 1/4 final of the u/14 doubles this morning...

also featuring in the 1/4 finals are Michael Carney & Darragh O'Sullivan in the u/12 doubles....they knocked out the number 2 seeds in the previous round..

super performance lads.....very best of luck to you all today!

The Carrickmines junior open is next week's tournament where 11 of our juniors are competing.

The Ladies have finished their campaign in the summer league with 2 teams featuring in the playoffs - the 2nd & 7th teams...well done ladies & best of luck in the playoffs.

On the Men's side there is 1 match to go this week end with the 1st & 4th teams looking good for the playoffs.....the last match can prove the most important with every point crucial...so give it the holly lads!

Don't forget the Summer Camps - sign up now!

 All the best   Stephen
