LADIES EVENTS
FLOODLIGHT LEAGUE
The finishing of the floodlight league marks the end of the leagues for 2025. All three teams played amazing tennis in very challenging matches. Well done to the players, squad players and subs. My thanks to Elizabeth Magee, Karen MacKenna and Millie Aherne for being great captains to the teams.
ONGOING LEAGUE COACHING
We have had a fantastic response to the Weekly Ladies League Coaching on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. It starts next Wednesday November 5th until end of February with a review depending on level of interest. We are finalising the details of the coaching for the next few Wednesdays, if anyone has signed up for it, a WhatsApp group will be set up for the group in the next few days.
If there are any more members interested, feel free to contact Colette
WINTER BOX CHALLENGE
The Winter boxes have started. A gentle reminder that these need to be played by December 14th. Also a gentle encouragement to play them as soon as you can, as you know, the Christmas season can get very busy. Otherwise enjoy the games, and remember there’s a prize for the winner of each section.
WEDNESDAY LADIES MORNING TENNIS
Tennis is back to normal time of 10am to 12 on Wednesday next. The morning is being hosted by Sheila Kelly – do come for tennis coffee and chat
